SECORE is an FHA/HUD Approved commercial real estate lender that was founded in 1987 by veteran real estate professionals who wanted to approach real estate lending from a different point of view – the borrower’s. 

At SECORE, we are more than just lending, we are real estate executives.  Our unique approach to lending enables us to close more transactions and provide unmatched customer service and advice for our clients.

As the FHA insured commercial loan market has matured and evolved, SECORE has grown by expanding service to include tax credit, tax exempt bond, government grant, local and state special housing assistance programs to enhance certain HUD insured financings.
